Welcome to ColourBloom. By accessing our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service.

1. Custom Orders & Personalization

Each ColourBloom colouring book is custom-illustrated and printed based on the specific child's name, gender selection, and photos provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to double-check spellings and supply clear, high-resolution reference photos. We are not responsible for delays or errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

2. Payment & Production Start

Because each book is custom-illustrated and manufactured for one child, production commences immediately after your payment is confirmed. Cancellations, refunds, or modifications cannot be accommodated once production begins.

3. Intellectual Property

All illustrations, custom layouts, character styles, website assets, and copywriting are the intellectual property of ColourBloom and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without explicit permission. Custom illustrations in your printed books are licensed to the individual buyer for personal, non-commercial child coloring purposes only.
